How does libMetric™ licensing work for small teams?

I’d like to ask about libMetric™ licensing if anyone has experience.

We’re a small IC design team looking to adopt a timing library comparison tool. Does libMetric™ offer perpetual licenses or is it subscription-based?

Also, I saw there are batch features like batchMetricPPA and batchDelayInsertion — are these included by default or separate add-ons?
